    I am not great with the years on these, but there may be a hull identification number somewhere on the boat that should help with that. Usually on the rear of the transom, sometimes on the side near the rear or inside near the rear.

    It is probably old enough to not have a capacity plate. If it does, it probably says around 135 hp max. As long as the hull is structurally sound, these boats have handled modern 200+ engines and older twin 115's+. So, it is up to you to decide what you want out of the boat.

    I see no pylon. Is there a bracket piece that I see on the front side of the splashwell and the rear corners of the transom?

    Your boat looks identical to my '72. My boat does not have a HIN or a capacity plate. This should at least help you narrow down the years.
