My brother, SBano, just bought a Hydrodyne. He picks it up tomorrow. I'm thinking his sons might be excited about it. So we will have 3 Hydrodynes on the family beach. Not as many as I'd like - but enough to get by. I'm posting a picture of the boat because I know that my brother is too lazy to do it himself. Many thanks to DyneBob - who found it and bought it for his collection but let me talk him into selling it. It is a 1982 20' Hydrodyne that was sitting in storage for 15 years. A great find. I'm anxious to see the boat in person. Hopefully, my brother will post some pictures after he picks it up. Perhaps his son can show the old guy how to post pictures online....
I like the boat a lot, doing some work to it but it was in good condition. Hopefully my dad (Steve) will post pictures, can't wait to see it done. Victor (Steve's son)
I spoke to young Victor when he came with his dad to pick up the boat. At 11 years old he is an accomplished skier and quite an avid Hydrodyne fanatic. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Dynes, and how excited he was with his dad's new purchase. Bob
I see that member No. 93 is also "sbano" - which means that my brother opened a second membership for some reason. I see a "jbanovetz" on there as well. I assume that is my other brother. He doesn't appear to be too active here. He gets honorble mention, however, since my boat spends much of its time in his garage and on his boat lift. I'm trying to get him to build a second garage so Steve and I have more places to park our boats. I find that you can never ask too much of a sibling... Both of my brothers are Cheeseheads.... like many members of this website.... I'm just saying....
Were going to post pic's right now, we just took of the decals onn one side. Planning to do the other side tomorrow. Victor
