1973 Hydrodyne, 19'ft, 250 Chevy slant six engine, 165hp Merc, stern drive, Morse control throttle, Full teak platform. Gel coat and seats in excellent shape. Looks and runs great. Includes shore station trailer. Stored indoors during the winter months. (This is not a restored boat, all original) Boat is in near mint condition, with almost new interior. Beautiful addition to any classic collection.

Looks like a good deal. Where can I get seats like those? I have searched the web and cannot find any. Those are the seats I want to put in my boat.

Those are nice (recovered?) "Imperial" seats. What do you have in your boat? Maybe we can work a trade.....

Daniel has those seats in his boat also. You might check with him. Some of the 70's jet boats and low profile v-drives used those seats. I do not believe they are being made now.

No they are not being made anymore - I have searched far and wide. Scott I have no seats in my boat now.

They would be fairly easy to fabricate.

With that style seats and the back seat you are thinking about putting in, you won't have any room for skis.
(Look at that picture of the red I.O.) You are going to need more tha 18"-24" of floor space if you want to haul
    your skiing gear.

I agree, but it is his boat.

I realize it's his boat, but just pointing out a potential problem.

Where T.J. goes from there is his choice.

Good point. Hopefully the deck goes on permanently over the 4th and I can better visualize and measure available space. Those kind of seats were in the Dyne that my ski club had which is why I like them - nostalgia.... But of course we had a pick-up boat to collect skiis and the occasional downed skier.
