Bob, That picture would not be difficult to duplicate with your boat. He is going fairly slow to get that much bank, probably with a lot of power on. All you need is a good camera man. jim
Jim, Thanks !!! Now all I need to find is "a good camera man". Had my brother shoot some pictures last year, and they turned out poorly. Bob
I know the feeling. I have had experiences like that too. You can drive the boat and you can take the pics, but you can't do both. A telephoto lens works real well for shots like that. jim
I just met the driver of that boat (on the phone) when it was a twin V6 rigged. He has another picture which I have asked him to share. Hopefully there is more than one picture. More to come hopefully. jim
That boat does sit very high in the water for running twin engines. Cool picture Jim. Thanks !!!! Bob
Hey Jim, I just joined and my wife is already concerned about how much time I'll be spending on this site! : ) The driver and rider in the action photo are actually the two guys in the boat in the above picture. Myself and Kevin are actually the two kids on a knee above Rodney (the drivers) head. Rodney taught a number of us a lot about doing a great boat demo...something we always did before every show and any other time we got the urge and thought we could justify it!! I'll have to dig for some other "boat demo" pictures/videos.
Welcome Brad, I am glad to have you aboard. Your wife should join too. My daughter is a member. This is a family friendly forum. There are a couple of people here that are building twin V6 rigged 18's and we will enjoy any pictures and videos that you can post. jim
