My guess is that it is overheating and probably needs a new impeller. Especially if it has not been run in a long time.

    Hey guys,

I finally had a chance to take the dyne or for a second time. This time I added fuel stabilizer, and replaced the dried out fuel hose.

I'm happy to report it made a huge difference! The engine ran smooth and strong. I still plan on replacing the impeller this spring, and get the prop fixed up.

For now I'll winterize the engine, pull out the drivers seat and cushions and get them reupholstered.

In the spring I'll attempt to get the hull back to looking new, install new carpet, and maybe get a barefoot boom going too!

Overall the boat rides great, and will be well used next summer.

    Hey everyone.

I finally got my hydro in the water yesterday, and she rode great!

This spring /summer I got the seats redone, new carpet, prop, water pump, installed a barefoot boom adapter, and cleaned up the hull.

Still lot of work to be done, but the boat runs so nicely. My 150 got the boat going 42mph, and skiing at 34mph was great.
