This is what I believe I have after the research I have done. Last night I pulled the oil drain and water came out, then oil. Pulled the valve cover and soaked everything with wd, pulled plugs and did the same thing. I let it sit over night, then gave it juice. Needless to say, it is locked up. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I attempt to rebuild it?? BTW its a Volvo Double Carb.
