Please see the attached link. Looks like a nice one and has the right trailer as well. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/boa/4908506151.html Kevin-
Looks like it has been relisted. Interesting that there appears to be a tracking fin aft beneath the engine. Haven't downloaded the *.jpgs but wonder what this would do for the handling? http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/boa/4958678829.html
Hey Jim: Kinda thought the rear fin was odd as well. Also the planing thingy on the outdrive. U can always reprop for holeshot an do away with this modification. Wonder if this fin was a Hydrodyne install or an add-on by the owner (probably the later). For tracking, the new ski hulls and the Hydrodyne 18 and 20 had the fin positioned well forward of the transom and it does help the driver with direction when under pullout loads. The aft fin doesn't seem to serve a purpose or make sense to me IMO. Other than the aforementioned, I kinda like the setup. Looks like it has been well taken care of and very presentable for an i/o (reminds me of my 18 that went to Avon, CO under new ownership). Considering what the going rate is for a new ski boat, this looks like a good starter-kit all-be-it a bit cramped for space with those 1970 living room modular lounge chairs (again, IMHO). Sorry Daniel and others who have this setup. Kevin-
I tried the fin on the outdrive when my boat was an I/O. It put rollers in the wake at low speeds. jim
