couple of old pics

    Thought ya'll might enjoy these pics. These were taken on Lake Seminole, GA in the late 60's or early 70's. The boat in the bottom pic is my uncles, looks the same except for a repower. I think it is a 1967 model. Check out that registration #. Would look good as a calendar pic also...The I/O was a demo boat with Ford power and volvo outdrive. They all said it had amazing power for the time. I'll try and dig up more photos if I can.

    Great pictures. Is that Larry Townsend in center under kite. I'm betting that is the same kite Larry brought to Auburn in 1974. Those flat kites were easy to crash.

    That is Larry, He is in all three pics. My dad flew the kite in the shows and said the same thing.
