That would be a great photo for the banner or photo of the month.

I note that all but one of the boats has the blue stripe closer to the bow while one has the red stripe closer to the bow. ...Further proof that there was no protocol for placement of the stripes, I guess.

I also note that all four have windshields, which seems a bit unlikely four any given four Hydrodyne's lined up all at once, and all four have fuel tanks at the stern rather than bow tanks. Probably because they are all single-rigged. Interesting, though.

The seats, seat arrangements are different in each. I wish I could drive all four of them. Oh yeah, and there's some attractive ladies sitting on the boats - although I didn't notice that until about the fourth time I looked at the pictures. They are blocking my view of the bow lights and cleats, which taxes me because I'd like to know what is there. Priorities.... Wink

From the left: 150hp-200hp-150hp-140hp. Mine is on the far right before it was re-done.

If you really want to know what's behind the ladies... here goes.

On the 200hp- fold flat cleats front and back, for the "no bloody cut toe" look from climbing on the bow. I don't remember where they were purchased (Mail order I think. No online then.) The others had regular cleats. The 200 and mine have plug in receptacles front and back (removable lights.) If you look real close at the third you can see a permanent bow light. Don't remember what's on the fourth. How come you didn't notice the red beer cooler in mine ?

    Happy New Year,

    Marty

That is a great picture. It makes the boats look wider than they are, because of the angle I guess. How many of those people still have the boats?

The people in the pictures all look young, and they look like they are having a great time. It would be nice to re-introduce these boats to the young folks that age now.

They can be towed behind medium sized cars and they don't need giant motors folks. That makes them affordable and tow-able.

Which one was yours? You said the boat on the far right. But the beer cooler is in the second boat from the right.

I did miss the beer cooler. I see it now though. perhaps a built in cooler would be a good feature to add when I rig my boat.... Rolling Eyes

If you add a built in cooler, make sure there is a good way to drain the water after the beverages are gone. Very handy "feature" if done well.

Mine is the far right boat. The cooler is behind the guy (rest in peace) in the red shirt's left shoulder. It is not a built in cooler.
What you might be seeing in the boat to the left is either the battery box or a flotation cushion laying on the floor.

A good place to drain a cooler might be in the shallow well by the drain plug. I have an auto bildge in that well.
