Does anyone know what the part number is for the shock that is located under the front bench seat in my '61 Hydrodyne? I know it is Monroe but the numbers are too far gone to read. If the shock isn't available, does anyone know how I could retro fit it?
I spent much to much time searching for a replacement shock and found a early 70's corvette shock fit nicely but would not support 2 people. I solved the problem by using a air shock of the same length of the monore. it can be adjusted for people weight and water conditions. traveler
