We just got a boat lift yesterday. We are pretty excited to be able to walk out to our back yard and take the boat out any time!
I think there are around 700 homes with lake privileges, but a very small percent of those actually use the lake. We enjoy living here. It is kind of like a small town. We have a pool a clubhouse, a playground, tennis courts and our own T-ball team.
