This boat was bought new by my dad in 64 or 66 there is some arguement about the date.it was restored in 87. It has sat outside without a cover or being winterized since 98. we hope to be useable by summer 07 and made to look nice, paint and such, by summer 08

Does the hull not have a tracking fin underneath? I'm asking because I notice the trailer has rollers all down the middle of it. Obviously the rollers would pose a problem if these is one. Greg
The ski pylon and mounting brackets were custom made by my father and a friend when the boat was new.
Nice boat! It is great to be able to know the history of your boat - particularly when it has been in the family since new. I tried to find out more about my boat but the dealer (who was selling it on consignment for the owner) was not willing to find anything out for me. I hope someone sees my original photo on this website and recognizes the boat and can provide some history. The restoration on your boat is going to be a lot of fun. I've enjoyed every moment of my project. There must be something wrong with me. Your first priority should be evaluation of the transom because if it needs to be replaced that will drive a lot of other decisions about how you proceed. I'd be happy to help with advice. Just PM me for my phone number if you get to a point where you'd like some help. MarkBano
