What has everyone been up to, it has to be something for this to be such a slow week.

I am currently putting the finishing touches on Markbano's video and should have it up by Sunday or Monday.

I am also getting the toy box ready for some desert fun at the end of this month. I will be out with the dune buggy and some friends. Bryan has been busy with his ATC stuff, I have been trying to catch him on my scanner but have yet to do so.

    Indeed it has been slow.

Recent Hydrodyne photo attached, just for the sake of a post...

What can I say? He likes things with propellers.

BTW - you might be able to pick up Bryan on LiveATC.net if they are streaming audio from the ATC facility where he is working air traffic. There are a few other ATC streaming websites, too, if you look around.

Wow!!! A snowmobile! I've never done that before, but I imagine that would be a blast. Snowmobiling trip at Mark's house this year!

Daniel, just got home. I'll give you a call tomorrow. As far a the liveatc.net feed, you can catch one of my sectors listed on the Palm Springs feed (http://audio.liveatc.net:8012/kpsp.m3u). Unfortunately, it switches between about 8 different frequencies, and most of them are Palm Springs. But that sector mainly handles all the LAX and ONT stuff.

Unfortunately, most of the remote base sites for the radios at our sectors are out near Barstow (Boron area), Twentynine Palms, Blythe, and Mt. Laguna/Julian, Riverside (and a few others for backup). Whether or not you'll be able to pick those up is questionable. You'll definitely be able to hear the pilots though on any of those frequencies. Here are the ones I use:

    126.350
    133.750
    133.550
    133.200
    127.525
    134.475
