    I'm still not sure if she's a '73 or '74. The Mercs are 125s!!!

    Very Impressive,

It is beautiful and still has the original side decals on the motors. That is one of the only things that I am missing on my twin rig.

You will have to get more pictures of it when you get the chance.

Thanks Daniel! She's stored at my sister's in PA. My sister said it looks really good (I bought it unseen because I know how well my Aunt & Unc took care of their stuff... plus they hardly ever used it). I think my sister is starting to get those forlong feelings about the past days at the lake (like I don't...), so I better get up there and get it before and she and my little sister (who was an awesome tournament water skier in the late 70's) get a wild hair up their you know where and decide to drop it in the lake. From experience, the ice should be just past the launching dock the 1st week of April (man, I miss those days... start off the dock in full wet suit... damn well better not fall... and land back on the dock... run to the fire on the shore and take a BIG slug of blackberry or ginger brandy... now, I'm homesick!!!). Anyway, I'm pretty sure everything will be original except for the new carpet, seats and tarp she purchased 2 years ago. She almost sold it to someone else when she mentioned to another sister of mine (I got 4 sisters) at a funeral (of all things... seems like the only time we get together anymore) that she was selling it and did not want to sell it to the spoiled brat that wanted it. I called my Aunt, done deal! My Unc worked in one of the steel mills in PA, and as I recall, made the coolest aluminum transom plates I had ever seen. He arc welded (or what ever you do to aluminum) the aluminum to form a (I think) 2" rise with front and back plates connected down both sides of the transom where the bolts went through. Whether it's was his hunting or boating stuff, it was always 1st class with Unc and always well maintained!!! I'll post more pictures when I pick her up.

    Very cool,

I have about 1 1/4 inch rise above the transom on mine. I have been waiting for a cool boat shot for a new "Boat of the Month" so I will be putting yours up on the front page in the next couple of days.

We just set the boat in the water and spun her around the lake. A little wax on the bottom and she glides across the glassy water. Rock On)

From the sassy sister in PA!

Welcome to the forum Sassy sister. Since you are out playing with your brother's boat, I think you should post some pictures for him. How about it?
