    "Whiskey Run"
    Whiskeytown Lake - Redding, CA
    August 11th - 13th 2006

Ok folks - things are closing in on the date. I have a lot of verbal confirmations - its time to reserve your place at the "Whiskey Run" with your payment. It is only $35.00 bucks per family for the weekend!

You will need to pay an additional $5.00 per day for launching and parking when you enter the park at the ranger station. If you are coming in a day early or leaving a day late we suggest you get the $10 week pass.

Remember you pay this fee at the ranger station as you check into the lake and is in addition to the camping fees to be sent to Bruce. Do not send the launch/parking fees to him. Ask for directions to DRY CREEK GROUP CAMP. Tell them you are with the classic boat group at Dry Creek.

The lake will be full & cool, just like it is every year. Looks like we have a bigger crowd this year. Here is the link to more information on the "Whiskey Run":

On Saturday night Bruce plans to serve hot dogs, beans and corn on the cob around 6:30pm. Summer is here!

Email Bruce at gerard@snowcrest.net if you have questions!

Please send your payment of $35.00 ASAP to:

    Re: "Whiskey Run" T-shirts

Fellow glasser Steve Duffy has created this fantastic shirt concept for this year’s Whiskey Run. We know that this is late notice, but if we can get enough interest in the shirts we will produce them. We need at LEAST 20 people who will commit to purchasing a shirt in order to pull it off. In my opinion, it is one of the best looking shirts for a gathering that I have seen. You must reserve your T shirt by Thursday August 3rd.

    Details:

All shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton.
Shirts come in Navy Blue only.
High quality silk - screened image

Adult Small through XL - $ 15.00 each
    2X through 3X are $ 20.00 each

We can mail them through the Postal Service for a nominal fee. You don’t have to come to the Whiskey Run or even live in California to own one!

The artwork you see here will be on the back of the shirt. There will be a smaller image on the left chest area of the front of the shirt.

When we receive at least 20 orders we will make them. Remember, the deadline is Thursday August 3rd.

Please email me to order your shirt.

Re: "Whiskey Run" - One WEEK to go!!!

The "Whiskey Run" is now just one week off! If you haven't made your reservations and/or sent in your $35.00 for the weekend per family for the weekend! , now is the time!

Bruce secure the sites with his own funds, as they had to be pre-paid when making the reservation. Please send in your payments ASAP if you are planning on attending.

Here is the link to more information, directions and a camping check list, for those who may find it helpful, on the "Whiskey Run":

    Whiskeytown Lake - Redding, CA
    August 11th - 13th 2006

The last details are being worked out for the "Whiskey Run" and we need a little help here to complete them.

Bruce needs to go SHOPPING! No, not for boats .......FOOD!

As you have read in the announcements, Bruce will be providing Hot Dogs, Beans and Corn on the Cob for our Saturday Night Food Fest!

Here is where you come in to help.................Thing is we need a HEAD COUNT!

If you could please send this information to Bruce it would be "mucho" helpful! Don't want to be buying no Hot Dog or bread factory or a 55 gallon drum of beans or purchase a corn field.............well, if we don't need too!

    ASAP:

How many are in your party?

    Kids - ____________ (Vegetarian?)

If you haven't send in your camping fees ($35.00), please do so now.

    Thanks All !!!!
