My dad and I are leaving in the morning for our two day 1600 mile round trip to pick up the 20 I/O in Indiana. Pics of the trip will follow.
After a long trip it now resides in Georgia. With only 307 hrs on the clock it looks like it was just built. Here is a pic in Indiana when we stopped by Grissom AFB on the way home.
We like it so far but the power steering is going to take a while to get used to. I think I like pulling with my 18 better but the 20 is nice to ride in.
I think this is another (or the other) 20' I/O for sale. It's on craigslist now. http://tricities.craigslist.org/rvs/2519221818.html Post pics if you buy it! Mike PS: big congrats to Edd and the RAJ on their triple crown!! Awesome! I miss you all!
Here are some pics of this boat. Don't know what it is but it is a 78 protoype of some sort. I have a 79 Curt Gowdy tournament boat and it is a old style 18 I/O. This boat has the top cap like our 20 I/O but the dash is rounded like an 18 without the instrument hump. This boat is also a Curt Gowdy boat but it is a 78, anyone ever seen one of these. Would make a one of a kind resto. Its on a batwing trailer and it has hydrodyne hub caps also. I have alot more pics and the owners info if anyone is interested. Would love to have it but am waiting on another 20 I/O to show up somewhere, I know there's one or two more out there.
